​Contractor Requirements

​Cm3 Company Prequalification & Registration 
Jones Lang LaSalle are the proud Managing Agent for the Barangaroo South Shared Facility. It is a requirement when working onsite that work is conducted in accordance with current Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) legislative requirements. In order for JLL to determine if your company has a WHS Management system that meets this requirement, Jones Lang LaSalle utilise the Cm3 program, a web based WHS prequalification system. In order to conduct work on a property managed by Jones Lang LaSalle, your company must be Cm3 prequalified.

Contractor Inductions 
In additional to your company being Cm3 prequalified, employees and subcontractors who require to conduct work at the Barangaroo South Shared Facility must complete both the Jones Lang LaSalle online induction (Go Induct) and the Barangaroo South (ITS) Shared Facility Induction. In order to complete the induction, your company must first be Cm3 prequalified. ​
